- Fourteen New Castle Area School District students and teachers are attending President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration ceremonies. From Jan. 18 through Jan. 21, they will share their observations and photos with the New Castle News' online site, www.ncnewsonline.com. On Jan. 21, The News will publish a four-page special section on the inauguration. The keepsake edition will include the students' and teachers' observations along with those residents attending from Lawrence County.
